03/01/2010 We
just completed treating a 5 year old boy for
whiplash related injuries. Not only did his reverse upper neck curve,
neck and back pain resolve, but also, he is no longer experiencing
long-standing ear pain and ear infections.
He is a great example of how
children benefit from conservative treatment following injury.......
Treatment included the use of Chiropractic Biophysics for structural
issues and
Active Release Techniques for soft tissue problems. Below is the X-Ray of the neck of the 5 year old boy after the accident.

This Month's Positive ResponseJon, a computer professional and recreational farmer, presented in our office with left knee pain. Prior to treatment, knee
pain disrupted his life, hindering his ability to interact with his children, ride his bike, walk and care for the animals
on his farm. The knee pain even interfered with his sleep, and he had to resort to pain medication. He was considering surgery
for a torn meniscus until he met with Dr. Tanasse. After two separate ART treatments within a five day period, Jon reported
being pain free. He was able to resume his active lifestyle, catch up on some sleep, and even felt comfortable enough to
refer his mother to our office. When he experienced a flare-up in his knee a year later, one ART treatment had him back in
